· GCC-TBC – English 30 w.p.m. (Duration 6 months)
· GCC-TBC – Marathi 40 w.p.m. (Duration 6 months)
· GCC-TBC – Hindi 40 w.p.m. (Duration 6 months)
· GCC-TBC – English 40 w.p.m. (Duration 6 months)
· Special Skill In Computer Typing for Instructor and Students (Duration 3 months)

The exam of 30 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. is held two times a year. Duration, of course, is 6 months which includes the first four months of practical and two months of theory. First-term is between July to December and the Second term is between January to June. The result of the first term is out on the month of September or October and the second term is out on the month of March or April.

The syllabus of Marathi/Hindi/English 30 w.p.m. is the same only exam language is different means the Exam language of Marathi 30 w.p.m. is in Marathi, Exam language of Hindi 30 w.p.m. is in Hindi and Exam language of English 30 w.p.m. in English. In the Exam, you can see the objectives in English, Hindi, or Marathi.
It consists of Keyboard awareness which includes practice of typing words, Passage typing, Letter typing, Statement typing, Email and computer basics syllabus which include operating system – windows, Mac, Linux, Unix – Basic operating skills, MS Office which contains the word, excel and PowerPoint, Internet browsing and Email.

EXAM PATTERN
30 WPM
The exam consists of 3 sections-
Section 1 – Objective which has a total of 25 Marks. It contains a total of 25 Objective questions each of 1 marks and the minimum passing marks for this section is 40% means you require 10 marks to pass this section. The total time for this section is 25 Minutes. The objectives are based on the computer syllabus.
Section 2 – Practical section which has a total of 35 Marks. It contains an Email that has 5 marks, a Letter that has 15 Marks, and a Statement that has 15 Marks. The minimum passing marks for this section is 40% means you require 14 Marks to pass this section. Remember one thing Email, Letter and Statement has Combined Marks. There is a separate time for Email, Letter, and Statement. The total time for Email is 8 Minutes, the letter is 30 Minutes and The statement is 20 Minutes. Please check all typed words and numbers in Email, Letter, and Statement before submitting, if you found spelling mistakes then correct them by using backspace or delete keys. No marks will deduct if you use backspace or delete keys for correction. Still, you make a mistake, the half marks will be deducted for each mistake.
Section 3 – Speed Passage which has a Total of 40 Marks. The minimum passing mark for this section is 40% means you require 16 Marks to pass this section. The total time for this section is 7 Minutes. One mark will be deducted for each mistake or extra word typed.
40 WPM
Section 1 – Objective which has a total of 25 Marks. It contains a total of 25 Objective questions each of 1 marks and the minimum passing marks for this section is 40% means you require 10 marks to pass this section. The total time for this section is 25 Minutes. The objectives are based on the computer syllabus.
Section 2 – Practical section which has a total of 35 Marks. It contains an Email that has 5 marks, a Letter that has 15 Marks, and a Statement that has 15 Marks. There are two types of letters are asked in the Exam first one is PERSONAL LETTER and the second one is BUSINESS LETTER. In the letter section, any one of the letters is asked in the Exam. The minimum passing mark for this section is 40% means you require 14 Marks to pass this section. Remember one thing Email, Letter and Statement has Combined Marks. There is a separate time for Email, Letter, and Statement. The total time for Email is 8 Minutes, the letter is 30 Minutes and for Statement is 20 Minutes.
Section 3 – Speed Passage which has a total of 40 Marks. The minimum passing mark for this section is 40% means you require 16 Marks to pass this section. The total time for this section is 7 Minutes.
Total time for 30 w.p.m. and 40 w.p.m. The exam is 90 Minutes. The total marks for this exam are 100.
