Indian Freedom Struggle
In this article, I will give you the complete timeline of the Indian freedom struggle. The total time period of struggle is about 90 years.

The timeline of the Indian freedom struggle are as follows:

1. 29 March 1857 - Revolt of 1857 - This revolt was started by Mangal Pandey, who was a soldier of 37 regiments.

2. 2 August 1858 - Government of India Act 1858 - After the enactment of this act, the rule of the East India Company was abolished and the rule of India came under the control of the British Queen.

6. 22 January 1901 - Death of British queen Victoria. Lord Curzon built the Victoria Memorial in 1901 in the name of British Queen Victoria.

8. 1905 - Swadeshi Movement by Lala Lajpat Rai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak, and Bipin Chandra Pal

9. 30 December 1906 - Formation of All India Muslim League by Aga Khan and Salimullah Khan

10. December 1907 - Split of Congress in Surat session of Indian National Congress - Extremist and Moderates

11. 12 March 1909 - Indian Council Act also knows as Minto Marley Reforms

12. 12 December 1911 - Partition of Bengal was cancelled and Capital is shifted to Delhi from Calcutta

13. 23 December 1912 - Delhi conspiracy case planned by Ras Behari Bose

14. 9 January 1915 - Gandhiji Returned to India from South Africa

15. 13 February 1915 - Formation of All India Hindu Mahasabha by Madan Mohan Malviya

16. 1916 - Gandhiji built Sabarmati Ashram

17. April 1916 - Home rule league by Ani besant and lok manya tilak

18. 31 December 1916 - Reunion of congress in Lucknow session of Indian National Congress

19. 20 August 1917 - Montegue Declaration also known as August Declaration

20. 19 April 1917 - Champaran Satyagrah against Indigo Cultivation

21. 11 March 1918- Kheda satyagraha against Tax Hike

22. 15 March 1918 - Ahmedabad Satyagrah to increase bonus in the salary of Mill Workers

23. 18 March 1919 - Rowllat Act - Incarceration without trial and judicial review

24. 13 April 1919 - Jalianwala Bagh Massacre 

25. 17 Octomber 1919 - Khilafat Movement by Soukat Ali and Mohmmad Ali

26. 23 December 1919 - Government of India Act 1919 also known as Montegue Clemsford Reform

27. 26 May 1920 - Report of Hunter committee published

28. 4 September 1920 - Non-coorperation Movement by Mahatma Gandhi

29. 4 February 1922 - Chouri Choura Incident

30. 10 March 1922 - Withdrawl of Non-Cooperation Movement after Chouri Choura Incident

31. 1 January 1923 - Formation of Swaraj Party by Motilal Nehru and Chittaranjan Das

32. 1924 - Hindustan Republican Association by Sacchindra Sanyal

33. 9 August  1925 - Kakori Conspiracy Case

34. November 1927 - Appointment of Simon Commission 

35. 3 February 1928 - Simon commission arrives in India

36. 28 August 1928 - Nehru Report Ready

37. 1928 - Formation of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association by Chandra Sekhar Azad and Bhagat Singh

38. June 1928 - Vardoli satyagraha against Tax Hike

55. 22 December 1939 - Mukti Divas was celebrated by Muslim League

56. 24 March 1940 - Muslim League wants Pakistan

57.  8 Aug 1940 - August Offer by Viceroy Linlithgo

58. 22 March 1942 - Crips Mission

59. 8 August 1942 - Quit India Movement

60. July 10 1944 - C Rajagopalachari Formula

61. 25 June 1945 - Shimla Sammelan

62. 24 March 1946 - Cabinet Mission Plan

63. 16 August 1946 - Direct Action Day by Muslim League

64. 29 February 1947 - Clement Atlee gives an audio message on the radio that Britishers will transfer power to India before 3 June 1948

65. 3 June 1947 - Lord Mountbatten Plan/June 3 Plan

66. 4 July 1947 - Indian Independence Act Passed 

67. 14 August 1947 - Pakistan Become Independent

68. 15 August 1947 - India Become Independent.
