GDS BPM ABPM Full Selection Process : Selection to Joining

In this article, I tell you the full and complete selection process of GDS BPM ABPM in the Department of Post.

First, you have to apply for the post of Gramin Dak Sevak. There are two posts are available when you fill the GDS Vacancy form.

Always try to apply for the GDS BPM post instead of the ABPM Post. After applying for this post, within 3 to 4 months the result is released on the official website. 

Before 1 to 2 days from result, you got a message from APPOST that you are selected for the particular post in the particular region. 

The message of selection is like this -

After getting this message, the intimation letter for document verification is sent to your registered address. Always provide the correct address and working mobile number while applying for a GDS post.

Office address for document verification and date of document verification is given on the Intimation letter. You can also verify your document before the date given on the Intimation letter.

Keep all the uploaded documents along with the Aadhar card and PAN card for Document Verification. After document verification, your Computer certificate, 10 Marksheet or Diploma, and Caste Certificate are submitted to the Department of Post.

Department of Post returned your document after police verification. You can write the application for the same after police verification.

Department of the post provides you a bunch of documents also called Attestation form, where you need to take the sign of respected authority on respected place. You need to fill the full form which includes your name, address, personal details, etc... and submits it to the department of the post in some days. 

There is no time limit is given for submitting this attestation form. As soon as you submit your full document, you get a joining.

After submitting your all document, you have to complete 15 days of training in the post office and after that, you get a joining letter.
