The long-form of MSCIT is Maharashtra State Certificate in Information Technology. This exam is a computer-based exam and a certificate is used for any government job. This exam is conducted in Maharashtra State Only.
MSCIT course is a basic course which is offered by Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Limited(MKCL). MKCL decided the fee of this course which is 4,400 Rs. Students can pay this fee by installment also.
Syllabus of MSCIT Final Exam 2021:
The syllabus includes two parts i.e. Era and Final Exam. The Era carries 50 Marks and the Final Exam carries 50 Marks. The total marks for this exam are 100.
What is ERA?
The long-form of ERA is E-Learning Revolution for all. You have to complete a total of 50 sessions of ERA. There is a limit of 2 sessions each day for ERA, which means you can not complete more than 2 sessions in ERA. For qualification for MSCIT Final Exam, you have to complete a total of 4o sessions out of 50 sessions. Also, you have to score more than 30 marks to qualify for MSCIT Final Exam.
After completion of the MSCIT Final Exam, your result will be displayed on a computer screen and you get the provisional certificate for a pass or fail. You got the original certificate after 3 months from the institute.

MSCIT Final Exam -
The final exam carries a total of 50 Marks. There are objectives and practical questions. The Practical section carries 35 Marks. You need 15 marks in the Practical section to pass the MSCIT Final Exam. The Objective carries 15 Marks. You need 6 marks out of 15 to pass MSCIT Final Exam.
The topics for the Practical Exam and Objective is Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.

Recently MKCL has changed the pattern of the MSCIT Final Exam from 1 August 2019. MKCL introduces two courses i.e. MSCIT Course IT Awareness and MSCIT Course Job Readiness. You have to choose any one of them.
In case you fail the exam then you reappear for the exam after one or two months by paying the fee of 350 Rs.
