Before filling cheque for self withdrawal remember the following things -
1.It should have a sufficient balance in the account that meets the cheque amount.
2.No spelling mistake or overwriting on the cheque, otherwise it is not accepted by banks.
3.Sign with a correct signature that is in the system.
If you do not follow these conditions then there is the chance that your cheque may be bounced.
How to Fill Self Withdrawal Cheque Properly in India:
1.First write the date correctly in the DATE section.
2.Write SELF in the PAYEE section.
3.Write the amount in the figure in the AMOUNT section.
4.Write the amount in the words in the AMOUNT IN WORDS section.
5.Sign above the SIGNATURE section. The sign should be matched with the bank system. You need to add one extra signature on the back of the cheque so that the bank employee can verify your signature.
