Just fill in all your details in the online form and submit it. You will get your Account Number and other details on your registered mobile number and email id.
Follow the step below to fill Canara Bank Account Opening Form:
1.At the top of the form, you see the Customer ID and Account Number Fields, leave this field because it is filled by Bank.
2.First write your full name and your address correctly in the place provided in the form.
3.Tick on the Male or Female section according to your gender.
4.Choose your occupation in front of the occupation section.
5.Fill in Mobile Number and Date of Birth in the required column.
6.Fill in the category and Nomination details on the required column. You also need to give KYC details as it is mandatory for every bank.
7.If you want an ATM card for your account, tick in front of Yes if you don't want an ATM Card then tick in front of the No option.
8.You have also an option for SMS Alert. You can choose it from the required field.
9.Then write the name of place and date and sign in the required field.
10.After that, you need to fill Nomination Form, Fill in all the details of the Nominee correctly, and again sign in the required field and also fill in place and date.
