If you want to transfer funds from one bank to another bank, then you can use NEFT/RTGS service offered by the bank.
A cheque book is required for NEFT/RTGS Transactions. If you want to transfer less than 2 Lakh to another bank branch account then you need to fill NEFT form. If you want to transfer more than 2 lakh to another bank account then you need to fill RTGS Form.
The long-form of NEFT is National Electronic Fund Transfer and RTGS is Real Time Gross Settlement.
Now let's understand how to fill NEFT/RTGS form. This form is generally white in color and you will get this form in your bank branch.
There are two sides to NEFT/RTGS Form. The left side is customer copy and the right side is Bank copy. You need to fill both sides and submit it to the bank. You also require a cheque and write the self cheque of the amount you need to transfer to another account.
The bank will take a bank copy and return the customer copy along with the bank seal and signature.
Follow the process given below to fill PNB NEFT/RTGS Form:
1.Select the NEFT/RTGS on the basis of the amount you want to transfer.
2.Write the branch office in place of the branch office field.
3.Write the date, draft details, Beneficiary account number, Beneficiary name, Beneficiary account number, Beneficiary bank, and branch name, and IFSC Number of Beneficiary Branch.
4.Now fill in your own account details such as Applicant Name, Applicant sign, Address, Mobile Number, and time of the request.
5.Fill in the same information in the customer copy section and submit it to your bank. Attach the cheque with the form.
