A few days back I had ordered jeans from Myntra. But after receiving the order, those jeans did not fit me, so I returned those jeans.
My return was also successfully accepted by myntra as it is in original condition and all tags are proper and I was told that your money will be refunded soon.
Remember one thing when you return the order make sure your product is in original condition and tags are not removed, if the product is not in original condition, then myntra will accept the product for return.
How Long Does Myntra take to Refund :
Myntra will refund the amount in two ways i.e. myntra credits and in a bank account. If you choose myntra credits then your refund amount is credited in myntra credits, you can use these credits for future purchases.
If your mode of payment is Phonepe wallet then in this case you get an instant refund in phonepe wallet.
According to myntra refund policy, after successful refund initiation by myntra, the refund amount reflects in the customer's bank account by the following timeline -
1.It takes 1 to 3 business days in the case of NEFT.
2.It takes 7 to 10 business days in case of an Online Refund after successful refund initiation and it also depends on your bank.
Now I tell you about my case. I got a message from myntra after 2 to 3 days of pickup of my returned product that your refund is initiated and you got the refund in 7 to 10 days.
I pay this order with cash on delivery mode. They also tell me to provide Bank Account Number and IFSC code. I have updated successfully the Bank Account Number and IFSC Code in my myntra account for a refund.
I have waited for 7 to 10 days and then I checked my bank account statement but still, my refund amount is not received by my bank.
I also talked to the bank about this but they said that no amount has been credited to your account.
Then I filed a complaint in Myntra customer care and then their call back came. But the customer executive said that you check the account number and IFSC code.
I also checked the bank account number and IFSC code, it was all the same. Then after some days, I got a message from my bank that the amount is credited. That time I was so happy.
Myntra Refund Initiated But Money Not Received in Bank Solution:
If you are not getting the refund from myntra then I suggest you talk with myntra customer care and regularly check the bank statement. Sometimes the credit message is not sent from the bank due to a server problem, but money is credited to your bank.
Wait for at least 30 days after the refund is initiated from Myntra, sometimes it depends on the banks.
