Do the following things when you are updating your realme band -
1.Charge your phone and band sufficiently.
2.Connect your band and smartphone via realme link app. The update is available in the latest realme link app only, so first, update your realme link app through the play store.
3.Keep your band and smartphone close to each other so that connection should be maintained properly and it should not be disconnected.
Now let's talk about the solution to this problem. When I am facing this problem, then I installed the latest realme link app on another smartphone.
My sister is using Redmi Smartphone that has the latest android version. I installed the Latest Realme link app on this smartphone and then downloaded the software.
I updated my band with Redmi Smartphone Successfully.
So as per my experience, if you are facing such a problem then consider using the latest smartphone with the latest android version.
This will definitely work and your realme band is updated successfully.
