Yogurt has many benefits for health. Many benefits of eating and applying yogurt have been told in Ayurveda.

Yogurt contains more calcium than milk and Yogurt is also easily digested. Yogurt contains protein, calcium, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, selenium, riboflavin nutrients.

Benefits of Eating Yogurt For Skin:

Yogurt heals dry skin naturally and moisturizes your skin. The lactic acid in the yogurt removes dead skin cells and removes signs of early ageing.

Benefits of Yogurt For Skin:

1.For the treatment of acne and pimples, apply sour curd paste on the face. Wash off after drying, it will be beneficial.

2.In summer, the skin gets sunburned due to exposure to strong sunlight. Rubbing Yogurt gives relief in case of sunburn.

3.Prepare a mixture of honey, almond oil in Yogurt and let it dry on the face and skin for 15-20 minutes. Later wash off with lukewarm water. This will remove the dead cells of the face and a new glow will come on the face.

4.Apply mixture prepared by mixing gram flour, sandalwood powder, a little turmeric in curd, on the face and body, remove it after drying. Your skin will get the best glow.

5.If your skin is oily, then mix yogurt with honey and apply it to the face. This remedy removes the excess oily element from the face. Apply lemon juice mixed with curd to reduce the signs of aging and wrinkles on the skin.
