In this article, I give you the procedure to how to get a duplicate MSCIT Certificate if you lost your certificate or your certificate is damaged due to any reason.
For Duplicate MSCIT Certificate, you need to send the duly filled application form to the address " The Secretary, Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, 4th Floor, Govt. Polytechnic Building, 49, Kherwadi, Aliyawar Jung Marg, Bandra(E), Mumbai - 400 051".

You need to make the Demand Draft of 200 Rs. in the favor of "Secretary MSBTE Mumbai". If you submit the form personally at MSBTE Office, then you need to pay 200 Rs. in CASH in the Account Department.
How to Fill Form For MSCIT Duplicate Certificate:
1.Fill in the complete name of the applicant as in the previous MSCIT certificate.
2.Fill in the Seat Number or Enrollment Number. If you forgot your Seat Number or Enrollment Number, you can fill MKCL Learner ID instead of the Seat Number or Enrollment Number.
3.Fill in the Date of Examination and complete Address of the Applicant such as City/Village, Taluka, District, PIN Code, Email ID, Mobile Number, and Telephone Number.
4.Fill in the ALC Number, ALC Name, and ALC Address. You will get an ALC Number, ALC Name, and ALC Address from your Institute.
4.Fill in the ALC Mobile Number or ALC Telephone Number. You will get an ALC Mobile or Telephone Number from your Institute.
5.Now tick on whether you receive a Duplicate MSCIT Certificate on your address or ALC Address.
6.Fill in the Date, Place, and Sign on the Form.
7.Candidate also needs to fill Self Declaration Form as per Annexure - A, Self-attested copy of original certificate/Appearing certificate/Hall Ticket and Self Declaration for Self Attestation as per Annexure - B.
You will get Annexure - A and Annexure - B Form in Duplicate MSCIT Form.
Fill in all the form and attach the necessary documentation and send it to MSBTE through Post.
When your form is received by MSBTE, then they checked your document and after document verification, after 15 days they send you MSCIT Duplicate Certificate to your address.
