I am also facing such a problem of Paytm money sent but not received last month, I made a transaction through Paytm UPI to another bank. The transaction is successful in the Paytm UPI app and my friend's UPI app is also showing the successful transactions.
But when he checking his account balance, money is not credited to his account. But after one working day, his account balance is updated and money is successfully credited to his account.

When you face such a problem, then immediately contact to sender bank and register a complaint. Wait for about 7 days, sometimes what happened money is credited within 7 days.
If you have to send money urgently and the amount is higher then don't make the transaction via a third-party UPI app, because if such type of problem persists then the money is not credited back immediately.

I suggest you, do such types of transactions by going to the bank. Use the official bank app to do such transactions. Don't make transactions through UPI when the internet speed is low, because there are chances of a transaction is pending.
