1. Log in to your Paytm Account.

2. Click on Profile and then click on the 24✕7 Help option.

3. You will see lots of categories there, you can choose the Saving Account Category.

4. Finally click on Message us.

5. If you do not find the specific option then the best way to contact us is via phone number. You will get the number on the official Paytm app.

6. Sometimes they will tell you to upload valid KYC details along with selfie, upload the same document.

7. Within 24 Hours, Paytm will reply to you with the reason for blocking your account.

8. If you are a genuine account owner, then your account will be active in 24 Hours.

Now I tell you how I unblocked my Paytm Payment Bank Account and what is my case.

Actually, I am using the iPhone 5C 8GB version for making Paytm transactions. But after some time due to memory issues on my iPhone, I am not using the Paytm app for almost 1 year.

According to the rule of RBI(Reserve Bank of India), You have to make the transaction, so that's why my account is blocked.
